8. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Pinellas County, Florida.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
This arbitration provision does not apply to disputes that qualify for small claims court.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
